About
Healthy boundaries are not about controlling other people or shutting them out. They are a way of understanding what is yours to communicate, protect, ask for, and take responsibility for—while allowing other people to have their own feelings, needs, and choices. Boundaries, Needs & Relationships is a self-paced DBT-informed course designed to help you understand your needs, recognize patterns such as people-pleasing and over-responsibility, communicate more clearly, and build relationships that leave room for both connection and self-respect. Inside the course, you’ll explore the difference between boundaries and control, how to identify needs and limits, why guilt or fear can show up when you say no, emotional responsibility, assertive communication, handling pushback, and repairing relationships without abandoning yourself. This course may be especially helpful if you: • Find yourself saying yes when you want to say no • Feel responsible for other people’s emotions or reactions • Struggle to identify or communicate your own needs • Feel guilty when you set limits • Want healthier, clearer communication in close relationships The goal is not to become less caring. It is to learn how to care without disappearing inside other people’s needs. Educational wellness resource only. This course does not provide individualized therapy, diagnose relationship concerns, or replace professional mental-health care when additional support is needed.
